International Student Arrival Information Form

In order to guarantee pickup in Plattsburgh or Burlington International Airport (BTV), you must fill out this form and send your itinerary to GEO as soon as you have made your travel arrangements.

IMPORTANT: GEO can only provide pickup from locations in Plattsburgh and Burlington International Airport (BTV) between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on the arrival days that were listed in your SUNY Plattsburgh acceptance letter. If you need us to pick you up, please arrive during these times!

Attendance at orientation is mandatory for international students. A calendar with dates and information is available on our website. You may also wish to review our recommended options for travel to Plattsburgh.
If you must arrive in Plattsburgh airport or bus station overnight between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM, you must find your own ground transportation to campus. Remember to bring US dollars for this purpose.
