Use this form to request evaluation of your prior learning for credit.
Please allow 3-6 weeks for evaluation.

Students may be awarded credit for prior learning in recognition of validated college-level learning.This includes professional and industry certifications, licenses, or other credentials; non-credit continuing education; coursework from non-regionally accredited sources; on-the-job training/education; and work experience. These may be eligible for credit if validated through at least one of the following: faculty/department developed proficiency examinations, portfolio review, or other individualized prior learning evaluation.

Example: if you are seeking 3 credits, the fee would be multiplied by 3 and equal $225.00.
