Vehicle Registration Form & Guidelines

To legally park on campus, vehicles must be pre-registered with UPD. Pre-register at least 24 hours prior to arrival by completing all details below. A same day registration may result in a no permit visible violation; however, providing you were legally parked, email ticket # to parking@plattsburgh.edu for expunging. If you prefer, claim a day pass from UPD, Health Center, upon arrival with a vehicle registration and driver’s license.
