This form, along with our reservation fee though our online payment system, is ONLY to reserve a seat at our test center. To register/pay to take a CLEP exam, please visit the College Board "My CLEP Account."

You will receive a confirmation email with test day reminders soon after your reservation is processed and payment is received. If your first test date choice is full, we will reserve a seat for you for your second test date choice.

There are two testing fees:
1. SUNY Plattsburgh's Test Center Reservation Fee
2. CLEP Exam Fee (purchasing the exam from the College Board)

How will you be paying our Test Center Reservation Fee to reserve your seat at our test center? I will pay/have paid US $65.00 with a credit card through the CashNet online payment system at https://machform.plattsburgh.edu/view.php?id=32203. (Preferred method) I will send a US $65.00 money order payable to SUNY Plattsburgh to the Academic Advising Office 101 Broad Street Plattsburgh, NY 12901.

CLEP Test Center 02544 reserves the right to cancel an exam if less than 50% capacity has been filled by the registration deadline. Canceling a CLEP date, however is a very rare occurrence.
